
The asi conference in Nice seemed to go exceedingly well. We had our biggest audience ever and managed to survive a lightning strike knocking out the AV equipment overnight. I wrote a summary of the conference over on the asi website here.
Meanwhile at the end of each day we shot an ‘aftershow’ in which I discussed the day’s highlights with members of the audience. The three episodes are at the bottom of the article.
The winning paper at the radio session was by Numeris and Finnpanel, a Canadian-Finnish collaboration looking at online diary, whilst the best paper at TV was for Nielsen with their much publicised first look at ratings for Netflix shows in the US, which included some jaw dropping findings.
