On 11th February at a gala lunch in London the winners of the inaugural UK Media Research Awards were announced. I chaired the judging committee and helped Mediatel with the shape of this first event. It seems we have a hit on our hands with over 170 attendees. Most likely this will be an annual event from now on. You can read all about the winners, the shortlist and judges comments here. Many thanks to my fellow judges – Laura Chaibi, Catherine Blizzard, Lynne Robinson, Brian Jacobs and David Pidgeon – for making my task so enjoyable.
