Earlier this month I attended the asi European Television Symposium in Venice and chaired the TV Audience Research sessions.
This article written for Mediatel’s Newsline is my attempt to summarise the main themes of the event. I had a 1,000 word limit, so a number of other good papers aren’t covered as I needed to stick to the main theme!
